The catch with puzzles is that every element disappears once you use it, though, so you have to make the right combinations in order to finish the puzzle. You have as many moves as you want in a puzzle.
Puzzles are not limited to this type of energy system though. Whenever you unlock a new element, go through the same thing again to find new elements quickly. Then move onto the next element to try and match up when you exhaust all of your potential matches. Pick one element, then match it up against every single other element that you have. The easiest way to make a match is to brute-force it. If you run out of Divine Glow, you can pay lightning in order to recharge it. This does not apply when you remake an element that you already have this only applies when you make a brand new element.
